What I believe
I believe my husband and children are a blessing and priority. I believe I am blessed to live in a democracy here in the United States wherein I enjoy the freedom to make choices. I believe that my number one job in business is to value, support and place my client’s needs above my own desires or concerns. I believe I must lead by example wherein integrity is apparent and transparent within all business transactions. I believe in full disclosure and accountability. I believe that relationship is key and trust is earned. I believe the lack of knowledge and wisdom is costly. I believe that like-minded individuals always change the world for good when they recognize and find one another. I believe giving is better than receiving. I believe our nation and our world is seeking marketplace heroes. I believe in a job well done. I believe board rooms need to be re-engineered into “think” tanks wherein we engineer new pathways. I believe arrogance, fear and desperation breeds greed. I believe the truth never changes and it stands on its own. I believe tomorrow will be brighter than today. I believe I should listen more and talk less. I believe in the power of truth, love and forgiveness. I believe prosperity is a gift not a right. I believe balance in life is essential. I believe good health requires self discipline. I believe my best days are still ahead of me. I believe new opportunities are always coming my way. I believe each day is a new beginning to live well and do the right thing.

About
About me:
I often refer to myself as a “recovered” banker as I spent more than 20+ years in the banking industry, eventually blew the whistle on unethical/unlawful behaviors then permanently exited the traditional rank and file systems. During my tenure within the banking industry however, I held posts as Vice President, Compliance Officer, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Security Officer, Commercial Lending/Development Officer, Operations Administrator, Marketing Director, Branch Manager and even spent time on the teller line in the early years. This extensive, robust and diversified background within the financial realm is my core business foundation.
Upon exiting the banking industry, I started and operated a faith-based, non-profit organization called DOVE Career Development, Inc., wherein our team wrote and secured federal grants via the Department of Labor under President Bush’s Faith & Community Based Initiative for two consecutive years. I also co-founded a Homeland Security Consulting firm that assisted our clients with improving their operational and MTSA compliance performance by providing professional expertise and technology based solutions for mitigating maritime operational, compliance and security risks. Reference www.clebergmaritimeconsulting.com. These consulting activities are now under the umbrella of Capstone as my partner was recently recruited back into the U.S. Coast Guard as a high-level civilian contractor.
And last but not least I am a licensed Realtor in the State of California and a Member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR) as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
